特殊奧運高爾夫球項目競賽今天(九日)出現激烈競爭，實力強勁的第五級，被家長們親友團全程緊釘，一度出現爭執，領先者拉格受到干擾而落淚，但他依然保有領先兩桿的優勢。第一級以基本技巧為主的比賽今日完成三回合比賽，並且進行頒獎。第一級賽事是以鼓勵為主，依年齡性別及差點分了十三組，幾乎人人有獎，台灣的選手大豐收。何佳玲、洪芳婷得到分組第一。翁婉玲分組第二，王雅慧分組第四。[詳全文] |

Mazrui Confess Scoring Errors.
Faris Al Mazrui of the United Arab Emirates is arguably the player with the best sportsmanship in this tournament. After finishing the second round today, he "confessed" to the referees that he should be disqualified because of scoring errors in the second round but since he erroneously reported his score in the 9th hole at the first round yesterday. He played six shots but mistakenly remembered it as five and his scorer did not recognize the mistake. Therefore his overall score should be 91 and he should be subject to disqualification (DQ) due to this mistake according to rules. [詳全文] |

來自阿拉伯聯合大公國隊選手Faris Al Mazrui（法瑞斯．馬魯伊），堪稱本屆比賽最佳運動精神獎球員。這位現年二十一歲的業餘選手，今天打完第二回合後，向大會裁判「自首」，認為自己應該被判失格。讓人敬佩的是，他自首的並非第二回合的成績有誤，而是首回合記錯了第九洞的成績，該洞他打六桿，卻錯記成五桿，計分員也未看出來，所以總桿應該是九十桿。因為這個錯誤，依高球規則，最後被判失格。[詳全文] |
